Before beginning any electrical work within the area of jurisdiction of the city electrical
inspector, the person installing same shall make application for the required inspections
and pay all fees for said inspections. A double inspection fee shall be assessed to
any person commencing any electrical work prior to making application for the required
inspections and the payment of all fees for said inspections.
(b)
The applications for electrical inspections shall be accompanied by fees as established
by the council.
