§ 66-156. Sleds pulled by vehicle.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person owning or operating a motor vehicle over the streets or alleys of the city to tow, push or pull a sled, cart or similar conveyance occupied by human beings.

(b)

It shall be unlawful for any person to ride on or be pulled by a sled, cart or similar conveyance which is being towed, pushed or pulled by a motor vehicle operated over the streets or alleys of the city.
