§ 66-153. Clinging to moving vehicle.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person to ride on the fender, bumper, running board, radiator, hood, tire carrier, top or step of any vehicle operated over the streets or alleys of the city.

(b)

No person owning or operating a vehicle over the streets or alleys of the city shall permit any person to ride on the fenders, bumper, running board, radiator, hood, tire carrier, top or step of said vehicle or permit any person to alight from the vehicle while the same is in motion.
